I’m dropping a quick note for anyone thinking about doing Shadow Work. I’m doing a six-week class starting on Wednesday, January 7th, from 5-7 pm PST. It’s going to be held online, so anyone anywhere can join as long as they can make the time. I’m really looking forward to it. After I wrote my book on shadow work, people have been asking me when I was going to teach a class on it. Well, 2026 is the year.

If you feel like you’re hitting a brick wall or are in your version of the dark night of the soul and are looking for some direction and support, consider doing some shadow work. I warn you, though: things may come up that you don’t expect, which is why it’s helpful to do this with support. The class will not be recorded for privacy reasons.

The class will be limited to 10 people, and enrollment closes at 2 pm on January 7th. No latecomers. Whoever shows up is who is supposed to be there. Could one of them be you?
