Energy Frequencies and Healing

Many healers channel energy from Source, the Universe, God, insert whatever your terminology is here. They all feel the difference in vibration and intensity when channeling energy. There is a distinct disparity between the energy of the people involved and what is channeled from the universe.

What is often missed is that vibration happens on a frequency as well. Therefore energy can have a corresponding sound. People who work a lot with chakras know this. Each chakra has a symbol, color, and sounds associated with them. They also have a frequency of energy. That is true of all energy.

Over the past few years, I’ve been experimenting with channeling energy based on a certain frequency. One of the experiments I did was with a metaphysical group I joined. I asked them to conduct the experiment with me and that we would determine the results together. What I did was ask the universe to allow me to channel a specific frequency of energy that would cause a resonance in the bodies of the greatest number of people in the room.

It was supposed to be a test of resonance, but it turned out to be so much more. One person who chose to share their experience said they felt warmth in a specific place in their body. I told them that it was in their best interest to investigate that spot energetically and see what is stored there.

Our energy system vibrates at a special frequency. I refer to it as our energy signature. It is what defines us energetically from one another. I’m starting to see that it’s not a single frequency but kind of like a song with different harmonious melodies that blend together to make something greater and ultimately unique. When something is off about our frequency, something becomes dis-cordant which can leave us open to dis-ease. Energy healing in any of the forms it takes is designed to heal that discordance and bring harmony, and thus the energy signature and the body back into a state of healthy balance.

To continue with what happened with the experiment. Others also felt the resonance, and some even had images of energy blocks they had stored in their body. I channeled other frequencies, and different people felt different things. One woman said she felt as though she was about to start crying.

In our bodies and our energy system, we are capable of holding energy. It is static, and it’s not good for us. We are healthiest when our energy flows from head to toe without issue. There are times when that energy moves at different speeds depending on what’s going on in our lives, but it should always be moving smoothly throughout the body.

The other thing I want to mention about working with energy frequency is while sound is very effective in breaking apart energy blocks and getting things moving again, light can also be effective.

Light is a tool I use all the time. I build shields with it, and I break up energy blocks with it. Light also has a frequency. Energy blocks can consist of layers of different frequencies. To break them, one has to be sensitive enough to recognize that another frequency is needed and channel it. If you aren’t that sensitive, asking the universe to send that person what they need through you will do the trick. You might not know what is needed, but the universe does. If you’re sensitive enough, you will feel the difference.

The point of this post is to present more options for healing. Some people respond more to light, some to sound, and some to vibration. We are complex beings, and while, as healers, we might be more inclined to use one or the other, if something is not working, we need to change the tools we’re using to see if something else can be more effective.

Another thing I want to mention is that I have done some reading about listening to music recorded at a certain frequency and have been doing my own experimentation because I don’t know much about it, but I’m open to learning more. Some of the articles I read said that listening to music at 440hz is supposed to be one of the most healing levels. The strange thing is that every time I try to listen to something at that range, it gives me a headache. I read something today that said 528hz was also a healing frequency. I found a video that plays music at that frequency, and it’s much more soothing for me. I’m listening to it as I’m writing this, and I’m finding it relaxing. It’s giving me a clarity of mind that has allowed me to fully focus.

Reiki is an energy healing modality that runs at a certain frequency. It’s soothing for most people and resonates at a level that allows healing to occur on a mental, physical or emotional level. The energy is sent with no expectation from the healer, which allows the receiver’s energy system to make the decision as to where the energy goes and what it does. It is one of the most effective modalities I’ve seen, and some have claimed that it helped in the healing of cancer and other life-threatening conditions that western medicine has deemed incurable.

Reiki is a gentle energy that works in subtle ways to change the energy of the body to bring it into balance. I have used it to break up energy blocks, but because it is so gentle, it can also take time. If the person is interested in having things move faster, changing the frequency of the energy sent can make a difference. While maintaining the intention that it is provided for the highest and best of the person receiving and still allowing their energy system to direct where it goes, changes can occur faster. Think of it as if you were trying to shatter a wineglass. You can use sound over time to weaken it until it breaks, or you can use the precise frequency required to break it immediately. This is the power of adapting the frequency and vibration of the energy you send.

Another experiment I’ve been doing with other healers is amplifying the vibration of something to make it more noticeable. Everyone, at some point, gets something attached to them, like an entity or a cord. When a healer comes to me and tells me that they don’t feel right and asks if something is attached to them, I check for them. If I see something, then I offer them the opportunity to feel the vibration of what is attached to them. What I do is feel for the energy resonance of whatever it is and then send energy to make it more obvious in relation to the healer’s aura. From there, the healer can tell where the connection is, but also what is being affected by the attachment. They can also make the decision to remove it themselves through their preferred method or give me permission to remove it for them.

Things attach to us because they like our energy. The moment we encounter them, we happen to be vibrating at a level they find appealing. That is what makes them hard to detect. They vibrate at a frequency that closely matches something in our energy field and is strong enough to attract them. As we already have that frequency in our energy system, unless we look for it, we may not notice it’s there. The objective is always to keep your energy vibration as high as you can. It’s not always possible as we don’t live in a perfect world and are not perfect people. When our overall vibration is high and strong, we have fewer issues, but a single frequency emanating from us that differs from our overall vibration can still leave us open to something attaching to us.

It’s a fascinating area to explore that requires no tools, only the willingness to be observant. Before beginning this extremely subtle work with energy frequencies, it’s best if you know your own energy signature. You need to know it so well that any kind of disturbance will stand out to you immediately. It will allow you to remove it as quickly as possible. It will also allow you quickly figure out the energy signature of your client and be able to tell just as fast what is their energy and what is not to see if they have something attached to them that needs to be removed.

I haven’t tried it yet, but theoretically, it’s possible that you could also use frequency to drive things away. If I were going to do it, I would set the intention that my aura would vibrate at a frequency that something else would find intolerable and cause it to leave me alone. It would then make sense that it’s possible to use frequency to break up the energy of any dis-ease in the body. Hmmm. Another experiment, perhaps?

Have fun and play with different frequencies of light and sound to see what works for you. If you’re a practitioner, I’ve just given you more tools for your toolbox. As always, ask for guidance when you’re not sure, but don’t be afraid to try it. For me, it’s made the difference in helping a client get to the heart of an issue. It all started with a willingness to learn more about healing and energy frequencies.
