Whether you know it or not, you have a spirit team. A group of beings who have agreed to guide, assist, and advise you as you live your life. I call them beings because not all of them are human. Most team members are human or former humans as they no longer have corporeal form. They are considered ghosts. However, they are souls who have returned to Source, God, or The Universe, learned their lessons, gained perspective, and chosen to come back to assist others. They could be friends and family that passed, or they could be strangers to you.
Team members choose the teams they want to be on. Other team members could be angels, aliens, or other beings, such as fairies. Some of our team members are permanent. They agreed to stay with us from our first breath to our last. Then we have some that are long-term and others that are only with us for a specific reason, such as to help us get through a period of transition or to support us while we work on a goal or an accomplishment. Most of the time, we are not aware of who is on our team, and as they have a greater understanding of the roles we play in the grand scheme of things, they don’t have the need to be identified. In other words, they don’t care if we know their names. You can work on that during mediation sessions if you want to learn more about them. They don’t care if you know their names because they don’t want you to be distracted by their details. They are here for you. They don’t need anything from you – usually. Unless you are like me.
I have a couple of team members that are different. They are demons. I don’t monitor my team. They come and go as they please. I didn’t know they were on the team until a friend saw them behind me and asked if I knew they were there. I said no and asked her to find out why they were there. My primary job is to get rid of demons, and it confused me as to why they were there. It made no sense to me that demons would jump onto the team of a person who is supposed to banish them. They were not there to help me banish others. They were there to work with me on other things. Their objective is to work on “changing sides.” They are trying to redeem themselves and work for the light. I have no idea how that works or what it entails, but as long as they don’t interfere with my work, I don’t have a problem with them being there. They obviously know how they need to be around me, or I would have noticed and banished them by now. Plus, the rest of my guides would have let me know if something about them was off. Whatever the case may be, they are fine and doing whatever they feel necessary to achieve their goal.
If you want to know your team better, you can ask them why they are with you? Why did they choose to work with you? What are they here to help you do?
If you want to access your team, all you have to do is ask for help. It can be for anything, from ‘What should I wear today?’ to ‘Where should we live?’ They are with you to assist in any way they can.
The biggest thing to note is that you are not alone. You are never alone. Your team is always with you, even if you haven’t found a way to communicate with them yet. They love and accept you without question and never judge what you do. Of course, they will always try to persuade or nudge you to make choices for your highest good, but they will continue to support you as much as they can, whatever you decide to do.
One of the things they can’t do is prevent or stop you from facing the consequences of your actions. All they can do is support and guide you through that process.
Some team members come in to help with one task, and once that task is completed, they move on. If a similar situation comes up, that same guide may return again. I have one guy who has left and come back a couple of times. It’s both good and bad. It means he’s always ready to support me, but also that there’s a lesson I’m not learning, and it keeps repeating. Try not to be like me. Learn the lessons the first time from your spirit team
